1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing our Chrome extension, or using NoteSocial's web application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

NoteSocial is an AI-powered content generation service that transforms your Notion notes into social media content for Twitter and LinkedIn. Our service includes:

• A Chrome browser extension that integrates with Notion pages
• A web application for account management and content history
• AI-powered generation of tweets, Twitter threads, and LinkedIn posts
• Integration with Notion for content source access
• Social media posting capabilities (Twitter/X)

3. Chrome Extension Usage

Our Chrome extension requires access to Notion pages to function properly. The extension will only access Notion pages when you explicitly trigger content generation. You may revoke access at any time through your Notion account settings. The extension does not collect or transmit any data from other websites you visit.

4. Third-Party Integrations

NoteSocial integrates with the following third-party services:

• Notion: For accessing your notes and content
• Twitter/X: For posting generated content
• LinkedIn: For generating LinkedIn-optimized content
• OpenAI: For AI-powered content generation
• Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication
• Polar: For subscription and payment processing

Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

NoteSocial offers three subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited generations per month
• Creator Plan: Enhanced monthly limits and features
• Pro Plan: Unlimited generations and priority features

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Polar. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by our AI is provided "as is" with no guarantee of accuracy, quality, or originality. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any generated material. NoteSocial is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content. You retain full ownership of any content you generate through our service.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring you have permission to access any Notion content you process
• Reviewing and approving all generated content before posting
• Complying with all applicable laws and social media platform terms
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use NoteSocial to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with service operations

9. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your Notion notes and any content generated through NoteSocial. The NoteSocial name, logo, branding, Chrome extension, web application, and platform code remain the intellectual property of Loughy Studios and may not be used without permission.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to NoteSocial. We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. This includes updates to our Chrome extension and web application. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages resulting from service unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteSocial, Loughy Studios, and their operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NoteSocial at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse, excessive usage, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the application.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date and we will notify users via email or through the application. Continued use of NoteSocial after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Loughy Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
